Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex Linux/Windows server environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid systems
- Lead security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues
- Automate workflows using Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell
- Document procedures and provide Tier-3 technical support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise system administration
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+/Linux+/Windows Server
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware/KVM) and container technologies
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or Datadog)
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
