- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex infrastructure issues
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
- Document system configurations and maintain comprehensive IT documentation
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Proven troubleshooting skills for complex network and server issues
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
