Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization environments, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect organizational data
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with minimal downtime
- Oversee network configurations, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integrations
- Document system configurations and maintain operational standards
- Proactively optimize system performance and scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of system administration experience with Windows/Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
