Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux server environments including Active Directory, VMware, and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security protocols
- Deploy, configure, and patch enterprise applications and software
- Oversee backup/DR solutions and disaster recovery testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system integrations
- Document processes, maintain compliance, and audit system configurations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, Linux, virtualization (VMware), and networking fundamentals
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and automation experience
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) a plus
