Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments

- Provide Level 2/3 technical support and incident resolution
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell/Python
- Document configurations and maintain compliance standards
- Collaborate on disaster recovery planning and testing
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- CCNA or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash)
- Understanding of ITIL and ITSM best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours during outages
