Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions on AWS and Azure
- Oversee backup systems, disaster recovery protocols, and security compliance
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and performance bottlenecks
- Document IT procedures and maintain configuration management databases
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps initiatives
- Provide tier-3 technical support for enterprise applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux administration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, MCSA, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V)
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, PowerShell)
