Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and optimize Windows Server and Linux environments
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventive maintenance
- Oversee network security protocols, including firewalls and intrusion detection
- Administer cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable solutions
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance standards
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, Linux+, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Proven track record in disaster recovery and backup solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
