Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the strategic planning process to align technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Lead AI & Automation Transformation: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and automation into core workflows to drive efficiency.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design resilient, high-performance architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor emerging technologies (e.g., Web3, Edge Computing) and assess their viability for Apex.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation, guiding senior engineers and architects in technical decision-making.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- AI Proficiency: Proven track record of implementing AI solutions or leading AI strategy initiatives.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think beyond immediate problems and plan for 3-5 year horizons.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
