Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Lead the end-to-end development of high-performance, responsive web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Coding Standards: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional, pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix complex bugs and technical issues, ensuring system stability and reliability.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in web development with a strong portfolio of deployed projects.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Backend: Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or PHP.
