Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX research and design initiatives, translating user needs into intuitive product solutions.
- Develop comprehensive wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Conduct usability testing sessions and analyze data to iterate and improve product performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product vision.
- Establish and maintain a robust design system to ensure brand consistency and scalability.
- Present design concepts and defend strategic decisions to the wider organization.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong, portfolio-backed track record.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
- Deep expertise in user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to drive design decisions.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
