Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design process from research to implementation
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design improvements
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS products
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and visual design
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centric solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
