Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and alignment.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to iterate on designs and optimize conversion rates.
- Advocate for the user at every stage of the development process to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector.
- A strong, polished portfolio demonstrating a complete design process and case studies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Excellent understanding of information architecture, user journey mapping, and interaction design.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts simply.
- Self-motivated individual who can manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
