Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from concept wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and drive product evolution.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into intuitive user interfaces.
- Present design concepts and defend creative decisions in regular design reviews and stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, accessibility standards (WCAG), and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment.
- A strong, portfolio-driven portfolio demonstrating expertise in information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping libraries.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design rationale.
- Deep knowledge of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.
