Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure high data quality.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business performance.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to provide real-time insights on project success and operational efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and engineering to define data requirements and solve complex business problems.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate data workflows and improve the overall data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing and optimization skills) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex data problems.
