Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI patterns for scalability
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and gather actionable feedback
- Analyze user behavior data to drive design iterations
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Document design decisions and maintain comprehensive design documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, persona development)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving approach and visual design sensibility
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred
