Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into design solutions.
- Design and maintain a consistent visual language and design system across all platforms.
- Present design concepts and iterations to the team and leadership for feedback and approval.
- Ensure all designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for performance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or Interaction Designer.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a full design process, from research to final delivery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and prototyping libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
