Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Conduct extensive user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to uncover insights and drive design decisions.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms and products.
- Present design proposals and iterate based on constructive feedback to refine user experiences.
- Stay current with industry trends, accessibility standards, and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to inform design iterations.
