Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop equipment and peripherals
- Document troubleshooting steps and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Monitor system performance and security vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in IT infrastructure audits and compliance checks
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for hardware installations
- Valid driver's license for on-site support
