Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create detailed design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across platforms
- Develop user journey maps and information architectures for complex digital products
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to optimize experiences
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and accessibility standards
- Experience designing for enterprise SaaS platforms and mobile applications
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and design systems
