Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for complex enterprise products
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers through Agile sprints to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize findings to drive iterative design improvements
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders and champion user advocacy
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies through our innovation lab program
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS solutions
- Expertise in design tools: Figma (required), Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro
- Proven track record of conducting user research and translating insights into actionable designs
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based architecture
- Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous collaboration
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project delivery with measurable outcomes
