Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect designs and design systems that ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and iterate on designs based on feedback and analytics
- Develop user journey maps and interaction flows to optimize key conversion funnels
- Mentor junior designers and promote design thinking best practices across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and A/B testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
- Remote work experience with proficiency in collaboration tools (Slack, Jira, Miro)
