Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data analysis pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Conduct statistical modeling and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Translate complex business questions into actionable data-driven recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data quality and pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to C-level stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data analysis and visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and predictive modeling
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex insights to non-technical audiences
