Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design execution
- Create design systems and documentation to maintain consistency across platforms
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critique sessions
- Analyze user behavior metrics and iterate on designs based on performance data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (5+ years experience required)
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in complex B2B product design
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design
- Experience with user research methodologies and A/B testing
- Ability to translate business requirements into user-centered solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder alignment
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles
