Responsibilities
- Monitor security incidents using Splunk and AlienVault SIEM platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments using Qualys and Nessus scanners
- Develop incident response playbooks for zero-day threats
- Perform forensic investigations with FTK Imager and EnCase
- Collaborate with SOC team on 24/7 threat hunting operations
- Generate executive-level security dashboards and reports
- Ensure compliance with NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or IT-related field
- 3+ years experience in SOC operations or threat analysis
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Experience with MITRE ATT&CK framework implementation
- Knowledge of cloud security (AWS/Azure) architectures
- Strong written communication for incident documentation
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site requirements
