Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for enterprise-level language models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Develop prompt libraries and documentation for model deployment
- Conduct A/B testing to refine prompt performance and accuracy
- Implement ethical AI practices to mitigate bias in generated outputs
- Stay current with emerging prompt engineering techniques and frameworks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering or NLP development
- Proficiency with Python and AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
