Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues under mentorship
- Deploy and configure workstations, peripherals, and network devices

- Provide Tier-1 support via phone, chat, and in-person requests
- Assist with security protocols and access management
- Participate in cross-departmental IT projects
- Complete certification training modules monthly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college/tech cert preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
