Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes for enterprise-level SaaS platforms
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design systems
- Analyze user behavior data to drive data-informed design decisions
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
- Mentor junior designers through regular design critiques and workshops
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design methodologies
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Proficient in user research techniques (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
- Certification in UX Design or Human-Computer Interaction preferred
