The Role:
As a Cloud Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for our clients. You will work closely with DevOps and backend teams to streamline our deployment pipelines and optimize our cloud resources.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Implement and enforce robust security best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, HIPAA).
- Optimize cloud costs and improve system performance through monitoring and tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud solutions with on-premise systems.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or DevOps Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and/or Azure.
- Deep knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting and programming languages (Python, Go, or Bash).
- Strong understanding of networking (VPC, Load Balancers, DNS) and security protocols.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
