Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality prompts for LLMs such as GPT-4, Claude, and Bard to achieve specific output goals.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative optimization of prompt structures to improve accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze model outputs and provide detailed feedback to the engineering team to fine-tune model parameters.
- Develop documentation and style guides for prompt engineering best practices within the organization.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into effective AI interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and prompt engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and rhetorical nuance.
- Experience using or training on Large Language Models (GPT-4, Llama, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to deconstruct complex problems and articulate them clearly to an AI.
- Basic understanding of Python or other scripting languages is a plus but not required.
- Proven experience in copywriting, content strategy, or technical writing.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote part-time setting.
