Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to define user personas and create journey maps
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze user behavior data to iterate on design solutions
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops with cross-functional teams
- Present design rationale to executive leadership through compelling visual documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools with strong visual design sensibilities
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability testing in regulated industries
- Strong understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and responsive design
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field or equivalent professional experience
