Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and access points
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues using diagnostic tools and protocols
- Assist with network security monitoring and incident response procedures
- Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure upgrades and projects
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote access
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support (rotating schedule)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ certifications a plus)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI model)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
