Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via ticketing systems and remote assistance
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Assist with software deployment, patch management, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Participate in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and best practice implementation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid California driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and diagnostic tools
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA Security+ within first year
