Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product functionality
- Document test results using JIRA and maintain detailed defect tracking throughout the QA lifecycle
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test data
- Perform regression testing and smoke testing for new releases and updates
- Analyze test metrics to identify trends and improve testing processes
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software QA testing with manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail) and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience writing and executing test cases, test plans, and user stories
- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java) or test automation frameworks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
