Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from research to final implementation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to drive data-informed decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously optimize experiences
- Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex solutions
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to present design rationale clearly
- Background in fintech or SaaS products preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
