Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other QA tools
- Develop and maintain test cases covering functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) to improve QA processes
- Maintain detailed test documentation and quality metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in software QA testing with proven track record
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (manual, automated, regression)
- Experience with test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Selenium) and bug tracking systems
- Familiarity with agile/scrum development processes
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Certifications in QA (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus
