Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various databases.
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear, compelling visualizations.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and data strategy optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Deep understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
