Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network hardware and cabling (fiber, copper, wireless).
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Configure and manage firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco/Juniper preferred).
- Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and changes.
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist with IT projects.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
- Experience with VPNs, Active Directory, and network security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
