Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define design requirements and deliver pixel-perfect implementations
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital platforms
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and advocate for user-centered design principles
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and iterate on designs
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices within the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Experience conducting user research sessions and synthesizing qualitative/quantitative data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
