Responsibilities
- Execute user research, persona development, and journey mapping to drive design decisions
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive wireframes using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Mentor junior designers and establish design system standards
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio demonstrating complex B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, analytics)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and WCAG accessibility standards
- Experience working in agile development environments
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field preferred
