Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Implement security protocols including VPNs and firewall configurations
- Document network changes and create detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate hybrid cloud solutions
- Provide Tier 3 support during network outages and incidents
- Conduct periodic network audits and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA or equivalent network certification required
- Proficiency in TCP/IP, VLANs, and BGP/OSPF routing protocols
- Hands-on experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional client site visits
