Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping to uncover user needs
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and promote design best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong background in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, testing)
- Expertise in information architecture and interaction design principles
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree in UX, HCI, Design, or related field
