- Technical Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to integrate prompt engineering best practices into our development lifecycle.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of prompt libraries, usage patterns, and optimization strategies for the engineering team.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and AI to continuously improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, or a related AI/ML field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs such as OpenAI (GPT-4), Anthropic (Claude), or Hugging Face.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and tone.
