Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into elegant solutions
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling storytelling and data-backed insights
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices across the organization
- Analyze user behavior metrics to continuously improve product experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B SaaS applications
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, and usability testing
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive visual interfaces
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
