Responsibilities
- Lead user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise clients
- Design high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups in Figma
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative/qualitative feedback
- Establish design systems and maintain consistent UX standards
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critique sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with SaaS or e-commerce products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving skills
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, analytics)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for prototyping
- Agile/Scrum workflow experience
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field
