Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtual environments
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols across network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve system outages and performance bottlenecks
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Oversee Active Directory and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Document system configurations and create disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and user training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years administering Windows Server and Linux systems
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Proficiency with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, HIPAA)
