Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN systems with 99.9% uptime
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform
- Monitor system performance with Splunk and Nagios; resolve incidents within SLA
- Coordinate disaster recovery drills and implement backup strategies
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document SOPs and provide Tier 3 support for complex infrastructure issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Ubuntu/RHEL environments
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud services and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-scale networks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
