Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into user-centered designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions
- Create comprehensive design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across products
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user needs throughout the development lifecycle
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design workshops with cross-functional teams
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and drive product improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field with 5+ years of professional UX design experience
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex B2B/B2C digital product designs with measurable outcomes
- Proven experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems
- Exceptional visual design skills with keen attention to typography, color, and interaction patterns
- Experience mentoring designers and facilitating collaborative design workshops
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
