Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs that align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards
- Develop design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to iterate on features based on user feedback
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
- Mentor junior designers and conduct design critiques to elevate team output
- Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for experience optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, journey mapping)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and front-end development constraints
- Experience working in agile environments with Jira/Confluence
- Certification in UX research or related field (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on business metrics
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
