Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and monitor Windows Server and Linux environments to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualization solutions.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and Identity Management (IAM) protocols.
- Oversee network security, firewall configurations, and intrusion detection systems.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans and regular data backup strategies.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance and database management.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and mentor junior system administrators.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
