Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Proactively monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Lead disaster recovery planning and security compliance initiatives
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages
- Maintain documentation for network diagrams, procedures, and policies
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Windows Server and Linux administration
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- CCNA/CompTIA Network+ or equivalent network knowledge
- Experience with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Rubrik)
- CISSP or CISA certification preferred
- Ability to lift 40lbs for hardware maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site work
